Together with our partner Expert Clean, we have developed and implemented complete automation systems for self-service car washes, designed to provide end customers with a fast, intuitive, and efficient experience. Expert Clean is the first car wash manufacturer in the country with over 20 years of experience in the field. Our solutions ensure full control over the washing processes, high reliability, and reduced operating costs for car wash owners.

Project Description

Our system automatically manages every stage of the washing process: pump control, detergent dosing, wheel cleaner, wax, osmosis, and all other programs required in a modern self-service car wash. Each operation is synchronized to ensure an optimal workflow, low resource consumption, and excellent cleaning performance.

Based on Expert Clean requirements, we have developed design and build the complete electrical schematic and fully equipped control cabinet, customized according to the features requested by each client. Over time, we have adapted every project to specific needs—from the number of washing programs to pump power and dosing configurations.

All equipment in the car wash is managed by an industrial PLC fully programmed by our team, coordinating precisely:
