A fully automated pumping group equipped with intelligent pressure control, ensuring constant pressure maintenance in a distribution network. The system uses two pumps managed by a PLC and monitored via HMI, optimizing operation and providing automatic alerts for rapid intervention in case of anomalies.

We have developed a fully automated pumping system designed to maintain constant pressure within a distribution network, utilizing two pumps managed by a PLC and monitored through an HMI interface.
The desired pressure in the system is set via the HMI, and Pump 1 automatically starts when the pressure drops below the set value.
If Pump 1 fails to reach the required pressure within a preset time or a configurable threshold is exceeded, Pump 2 is automatically activated to support the system.
If both pumps are running and the pressure still does not reach the desired level, the system sends SMS alerts to operators and triggers audible and visual alarms for rapid intervention.

By integrating these intelligent functions, the system delivers high-level automation, perfectly aligned with today’s performance and reliability standards.
